• All payments are processed through Razorpay (or direct UPI).
• Presets are digital downloads; no refunds are issued after download.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Upload presets that violate copyright or intellectual property rights.
• Use the platform for illegal or fraudulent purposes.
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security of the platform.
• Share downloaded presets with others without proper licensing.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

PresetHub is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free or uninterrupted.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PresetHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, without prior notice, if you violate these terms.
